Victor and Carolyn decided to develop a business for their later years that would allow them to live a comfortable yet active life. They also wanted to have a business that would be manageable without too much help and could be profitable with a modest income. They decided on breeding Alpacas and included in their business plan the use of Lean Six Sigma tools to make their business processes more value add. |
