Plant QC Manager - Fredricksburg, VA

Celerity currently has an opportunity with a financial services client in Richmond to provide operation process analysis and design services. The person who fulfills this role be required to work independently as a project lead with client teams and business customers and other teams to understand current state operational processes and make improvement recommendations. 0-50% travel may be required to client sites in the mid-Atlantic and southern United States.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of well rounded experience in business process redesign/improvement project. Experience with operational process analysis and design in a services or manufacturing environment highly desired.

Experience utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools

Six Sigma Green Belt required (Very strong equivalent experience may be considered)

Prior success in leading process analysis efforts on large programs

Strong analytical problem solving skills.

Ability to effectively communicate /function/collaborate across multiple levels of an organization

Experience creating as-is and to-be process maps in MS Visio

Experience leading projects and people

Preferred Qualifications:

External consulting

Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt

Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or a quantitative field
